Video evidence of consciousness of plants -- Singing Plants

I added the following as a comment to "My Spark's First Grand Cycle:"

Today, I've been going through one of my "research" projects of one new term leading to the next and so on. I started by picking up some information on Paul Ray, PhD, Sociologist on a new ebook I'd downloaded about Native American Prophecies. So, I veered off on Paul Ray, and the seminal work he's been doing for years on "Cultural Creatives." That led me to Damanhur, which led me to "Singing Plants," a 15 minute YT video. 

Two things immediately merged into an understanding: 1) Michael has talked about music being the both the creative language of the Tao, but also is the result of of completion; and, 2) I've had this Grand Cycle information now for a couple of years, but outside of a fair amount of ribbing about it, I've not really related to it. I've read many comments over time about people communing with trees, about people playing music for healthy plants -- but I've not experienced anything consciously. The singing plants became an epiphany that's opened my mind to all of the conscious life going on all around us, but that is invisible to most of us through our 5 physical senses. 

I've downloaded quite a few albums from Amazon, focusing on those costing less than $2 each, which has included a fair number of spiritual or meditation albums. This music is very similar to many of these "New Age" musical medication albums. 

This also ties together with the information from the OMW yesterday, "Checking In with Essence." I really have a sense that Essence has been involved in helping me to go from link to link to evolve my understanding. 

I will no longer be joking quite so much about my Grand Cycle #1 as a "mute immobile" sentient species. If our own plant kingdom on earth, which are not sentient, can be so conscious, it expands the possibilities of what might have been experienced. Once again, new information has exploded my creative imagination into possibilities. 

I will probably be writing up a Validating Michael blog on the Cultural Creatives. That has really resonated with me as it's not only extremely hopeful, but a genuine indication that the Mature Soul Age is well underway. There is far more going on than our daily news cycle.

Geraldine --  

Cultural Creatives is an interesting philosophy. Did you check out the characteristics? I could see that they would fit you like a glove! I did manage to get over 10 (I'm missing some of the more "vital" traits related to activism)  ... so maybe I'm one of those finger-less gloves? ;)  

It crossed my mind that Cultural Creatives may be the human web that connects many of us, in the modern age of the internet, in a way that a commune or physical community would have done years ago. Perhaps we have surpassed our need, to have to be physically close to "everyone", in order to share and enjoy the values of a close-nit community. Is it possible that more can be accomplished or enjoyed through a growing global consciousness that naturally allows people to group-up in some areas, and have looser connections in others, creating a living, breathing matrix of values, ideas, activities, etc., that forms and reforms based on "current" needs and desires?

Many of us have been wanting to have a Michael Speaks on the Choice or Resource Economy. It would be interesting to see how Cultural Creatives fits into the Choice Economy world-view of the future. I know I think about a new world order daily, especially when I butt up against something that I "assume" will be non-existent in the future.

These are great new ideas that you are trailblazing Geraldine!  :)
