I'll post most of the chat, as it might be relevant for those pre-4th in Positive Pole, but it mostly focuses on communication. I realize there are some on here that get upset at any information that is spoon-fed, but at least this gives me another avenue to explore, rather than hitting the proverbial brick wall over and over again.

Has anyone else read information from Michael that explains how it would be beneficial to do a certain thing in a certain situation - and you already do it?

A lot of the Michael material feels like I am remembering it, not just reading it for the first time.

Does anyone else feel this way sometimes?

1. Wanting to be a certain Role because of associated superiority (aka warrior & king); rejecting cast role (artisan) because of fear that it clouds the preferred Essence Role (king). 
2. Wanting to have low frequency and higher Male ratio because I associate it with Solidity aka the strength of masculinity. Otherwise, rejection and disgust with being seen as “feminine”.
