Yes, I am keeping quite well....mindful....and bodyful!! hahahaha! I say that while eating "97 grain Ayruvedically-balanced" breakfast blend ah...cereal? no....too much "stuff" in it. Goop? negative connotation. Consider it a breakfast blend conncoction of the highest/healthiest order!!
I am going back to school, a great grad. study proogram....also studying t to resume my background in breathwork and interpersonl transformation work with people.....NOT smoking....happy, living with Dad who is 93 and has had some health scares in the past 2 yrs. or so....its all Divinely Inspired stuff...mundane but Divine.
How's YOU?? It seems like you have connected with your past lives as a Native....GREAT!!! I too, resonate sooooo very much with Native Americans/Native people in general.....that was my first way of spiritual stuff that *spoke* to me deeply. Perhaps we were in a tribe together or neighboring tribes....:))
