Personal Session: Hate and Anger

Posted on April 10, 2012 at 12:31pm 9 Comments

A little info on where hate and anger can stem from, and some ideas on how to handle it.

<MEntity> Hello to you, Lisa. We can begin responses to your questions now.

<LisaC> I have a lot of hate and anger lately and I don't know what to do with it. Any suggestions on how to process it?

<MEntity> We have much to say about the cultivation of anger as it might lead to hatred, but we will do our best to be specific to you so that immediate…

depression and diet

Posted on October 29, 2011 at 5:21pm 10 Comments

1) Is there anything I can add to or subtract from my diet that would help with my depression?

FROM MICHAEL:

There are plenty of foods that can be added to or subtracted from your diet for help with issues of depression. Primarily, most synthetic additives or stimulants would be the first layer to remove from the diet, such as processed flours, sugars, caffeine, and removing such things as chloride and fluoride from your water…

Thinking vs saying

Posted on September 19, 2011 at 9:22pm 2 Comments

When Michael says something like, "Say to yourself...", would that mean say out loud? Or can you "say" it in your head? 'Cause I'm talking to myself all the time, but rarely aloud. ;-) So I don't know if saying something out loud has more effect, or more focus or something? Or if you do say something in your head, maybe try to "red flag" it in a way that lets whatever's listening know that it's important?

What do you guys do? What are you most comfortable with? And, what seems to work…

shame

Say you've done something in the past that you now find absolutely mortifying. How do you deal with that shame?

ETA: I've never been very good with handling embarrassment; even "little things", like a typo in an online post, can embarrass me no end. I've even gone so far as to not do something if it might embarrass me. Fortunately, this attitude is something that has lessened as I've grown out of my teenage years, but it still lingers.

Thank you for your…

Body Types and (Scholar?) stuff

Posted on September 23, 2010 at 5:00pm 2 Comments

Found some ooold Michael stuff (well, ten years old or so) while looking for my high school year books. Most were from private chats and private groups, but a few were public chat transcripts and topics. One in particular interested me, on Body Types. I scanned it only though, looking for what the characteristics of the Types were, hoping for more info on Plutonian Body Type since that has recently become relevant to me. (Michael said my Plutonian was on the rise.) But this particular…

Hi Lisa!

Not sure if you know me, but I've been around (more of a lurker) for a while in Troy's Yahoo group and here for some time (neids27). I just thought I'd mention that I checked out your Overleaves and thought it was pretty neat that mine are almost identical to yours, except for the chief feature and that we are in different Cadres. And I don't know if that picture you have as your default is of a tattoo that you have, but I ALSO have a tattoo of the Eye of Ra on my shoulder! Coincidence? Lol

Either way, pretty interesting and nice to meet you!

Wow. Thank you for the Zinnia. That is really touching. I am very inspired by that story. Thank you so much. That really made my day. Big hugs to you, Lisa.

Thank you. I am excited to meet more of like myself. I am newer to MT, with a very busy life, not much time to read up and up and up about allllll the fun info about Michaels. I learn as I go....look forward to chats. Suzanne

Hi Lisa,

I never realized before how similar our overleaves are! The differences seem to be our casting - I'm priest and you're server - and our goals - I'm in Flow and you're in acceptance. Kind of cool (VBG) - Welcome!
