- I started out with dreams of fame and fortune, seeing myself as the next household name...like Bill Cosby or Oprah. I think some of that was EGO based:-) Then I discovered Reiki and spiritual healing, and the way I perceived my life changed dramatically. We describe the Life Task as "True Sanctuary" because this is a lifetime where Essence intended to explore the very core of what it means to experience peace in the midst of challenges, difficulties, and distractions. We describe this as "True" because this is the final lifetime of a Cluster (5 lifetimes focused on a theme) that explored the nature of Peace. Sanctuary was explored in the past in ways that were more for escape and denial, and then again studied in another life in ways that were debilitating in the raw exposure to the truth as a form of sanctuary. In this life, the emphasis is on True Sanctuary, which is neither for escape, or for paralyzing exposure to truths, but a balance of reality and imagination.

Howdy folks! Just sharing the latest from last night's POF.
I got some great validation across the board. 7th level of my 4IM-CHECK! I can't thank you enough for all your help today. You had me in tears (or as you put it, a response to truth). I was literally shaking afterwards (and trust me.. that's not like me) You cleared up so many things for me.. and got me to thinking about what really makes me happy. I have a chief feature of martyrdom which CONSTANTLY tells me that anytime I want to be happy, I am being selfish and 'should' stop it and bear the burden so to speak, of a life of my unhappiness. I posted one time on my facebook that 'one of these days I'm gonna love me', and a very spiritual friend of mine posted back " I know you.. you love you.. you just keep feeling guilty about it.' And that is very true of me. Your words were so kind and so from 'essence' that my chief feature didn't have time to kick in and take over. hahaha. NO really. (or as a few friends of mine like to say "the God (tao) in me heard the God (tao) in you." I really appreciate it. I hope we will stay in touch, because you pretty much ROCK!
