Does anyone have info regarding breathing techniques?
My 2012 Quick Preview included info about Health, which was profoundly accurate in a number of ways. I have had breathing issues all my life, starting with childhood asthma, including smoking for 25 years and a tendency toward panic disorder which is mainly manifested by a feeling of not being able to breathe. Recently I got a channeling regarding my CF report. I think this may be of interest to anyone who has had questions about subpersonalities. It may be of particular to Sages, Sage-casted folks or those who have Sagey overleaves or those who deal with Sages.
As is often the case, after feeling crummy after my CF report, a follow-up session clarified a great deal and added more information.

I could tell that was the input that was gauging my audience. It was the first time I felt that. I do great in a small setting like that, but when there are more than about 5-6 people I have trouble.
