I cannot believe 2011 has come and almost gone! And that means it's time for the Quick Reviews and Quick Previews SPECIALS! And be sure to visit the 2011 Gratitude Exchange to share your gratitude, and to be inspired by others' gratitude.
This was not one of my favorite years, I have to admit. So much turmoil, confusion, disappointment, death... but despite the ups and downs and excitements and disappointments, joys and tragedies, I still manage to stay inspired, feel supported, loved, and ready to take on the next challenges of 2012.
MY SELF-KARMA, My Self-Solution - I continue to work very hard to improve on services and support and fun through TLE. Thanks to TeamTLE, this year has probably been one of the most successful leaps in improvement ever, even though I know I continue to struggle.
One of the big secret super powers discovered for me has been my pattern of fulfilling live sessions fairly consistently, on time, and with great focus and quality. For sessions where I am left on my own to structure and discipline my time and focus, I can lose my footing very fast. The channeling doesn't suffer, but my timing of delivery suffers. So 2012 is going to bring as much live interaction as possible, either with TeamTLE as part of my day, or with you as part my day, to help me to stay on track.
Here are some Services and Support improvements or changes that are already implemented, will be implemented, or are now in effect:
SUPPORT TICKETS - TeamTLE has been running Support Tickets. This has been a major improvement! Now you are getting responses and resolutions right away, or at least much faster, and you are being heard and kept in the loop. Thank you TEAM TLE!! NOTE: Please update your bookmarks for Support to be http://support.truthloveenergy.com
ACCOUNTABILITY APPOINTMENTS - If you schedule appointments that do not require your presence, like Profiles, Reports, and Email Sessions, you may now choose to "check in" at your appointed time (remember: Eastern Time Zone) in the TLE Chat Room. I will be there! Your session will not be done in the chat room, but your presence is helpful, and your showing up helps me to be accountable and present within a time structure. You will also get your session immediately. This is optional! Otherwise, one or more TeamTLE members will be "sitting in" on my appointment times with me to help with this.
SAME-DAY SESSIONS - the new "terms of service" still require everyone to agree to understand that flexibility and patience is required of channeling services, but as of December, you should expect to have your sessions delivered, or receive your rescheduled date, on the same day as your appointment. No more wondering and waiting! One way or the other, you will make sure you stay in the loop.
FOUR POF's - We added two additional Personal Open Floor chats to the schedule (see Events), which has helped cover more time zones, students, and on-going studies! If we need to add more, we will!
TIME-BASED POF's - The Personal Open Floor chats were originally created so that people could come and ask 2 questions. Somehow this has evolved into each person being allotted a solid 30 minutes of time, essentially creating back-to-back private sessions that can go on for hours. This has been highly-successful and fulfilling, so starting in January, POF's will officially turn over to being time-based, and reduced to only 4 attendees. You will no longer be limited to two questions, but your questions must be able to receive responses in the allotted time. Details to come!
OMW2 - We now have a follow up chat to accommodate the Open Monthly Workshops! (see Events) The OMW2 chats are for those who want to explore a topic further, or to ask for personal details related to a previous workshop they may have missed.
STANDARD PROFILES - There is no longer a Basic Profile vs Advanced Profile. The Advance Profile was the Basic Profile, but with a few more details, and the 4 Pillars/Life Task. Now that we have the 9 Pillars Report, I have created a "Standard Profile" that covers everything that both the Basic and Advanced used to cover, except the Life Task information.
THE END OF MyMICHAEL FORUMS - MyMichael Forums are no longer offered. I have failed miserably at keeping up with these. Your subscription or purchase of forum time will be fulfilled, but will end after that. If you have not done so already, please open a Support Ticket if you would like to translate your Forum Time into a Live Chat (for free, of course). We will get you on the schedule asap.

Is the 2011 QUICK REVIEW - SESSION ID - 2011QR - for the actual year 2011 or it the usual Michael Review Year from May to April (which would make this a 3rd Quarter Review)?
Same question for 2012 QUICK PREVIEW - SESSION ID - 2012QP -- ??

i was spending a lot of time - posting to lists etc.,
so, i started to keep track of what i was doing -
that fit into 3 categories
1) things that actually were making me money
2) things i was doing - that were leading me to makingmoney
and,
3) things that made me absolutely NO money
i restructured my life so; that 60% of the time - i was doing things in category 1
30% of the time, i was doing things in category 2
and, 10% of the time, i was doing things in category 3
(it is good to give a certain percentage of what you do - away for free - a lot of people who could NOT otherwise afford your services, might talk to people, who become part of category 2, and, then, land into category 1 - the group you actually pay you money for time

As many of you know, I've been working closely with Troy for the past couple of years, a rocky couple of years at times. This past January, two new members were added to the Support Team: Bobby and Oscar. Each of us have our strengths and weaknesses and seem to be able to fill in the gaps on what others miss. As Bobby figured out, each of us represents through our own Role in Essence each of the Axes: Truth, Love, and Energy, although all of us are Sage-casted. The one thing that has become apparent over this past year is that all of us are involved because we are strongly committed to Troy's channeling abilities. No matter how much each of us have fought issues of disillusionment with Troy as a business person, none of us has lost the sense of why we're here.
One thing we've all learned to some degree is that because none of US channel, we have no genuine understanding of the mix of pressures and stresses that greatly affect a sensitive such as Troy. In turn, he's learned certain things about himself that he was unaware of. That remains true for tomorrow, too. All of us are learning about what it takes to keep a smooth flow of work happening, and that includes some truly unknown aspects at this time. Part of the process is accepting that all of us are in a state of growth and development.
This is an important thing to consider. Channels are not gurus. They do not "walk on water." They are as prone to any of the issues of moving from negative poles into positive poles of an Internal Monad as anyone else. They are as conflicted by CFs that whallop them sideways as anyone else, maybe more. We're all still learning just how much of the ego-based Personality is still present when channeling. Most Michael Students are unaware that at this time there are only two Michael channels who do a full trance for channeling, and trance levels vary considerably based on how interactive the channel is with their student. From my observation, the lighter the trance, the more the Personality is present, with ego, biases, and prejudices -- but none completely go "missing."
And, they're all back once the channel is out of trance. Doubts creep in. I've yet to really figure out the process of Troy's infamous "outbox." I know that he rarely reads transcripts. He wants to keep himself out of his work. Yet, by the same token, he prone to doubts and wants to "re-channel" his work -- a type of second guessing. So, things seem to go into a stack of semi-mostly-completed work that he's unwilling to send off until it's been double-checked. I guarantee that the Outbox will be discussed in depth and analyzed more completely during 2012. There has got to be a smoother process, one that removes negative poles to Idealist, and diminishes his CFs of Arrogance and Self-Deprecation.
We've also instituted a confirmation system for sent work -- please use it.Bobby needs to know what has left the Outbox and arrived.
Meanwhile, I would point out that we had a huge breakthrough in 2011 with regards to cataloging Troy's online work into the Library. We successfully wrested the control over it from Troy, and everything that I'd entered was reviewed by Oscar, made consistent, and approved. The remaining part of the Library tasking is for Oscar to enter all of the work that's been posted during 2011 into the Library. This includes not only all of the Transcripts, but the large amount of personal sessions that various students have posted. And, then, during 2012 it will be an ongoing task to keep it current.
After two years of talking about it, we finally took control of the Support Ticketing system. Bobby is on top of that. For those who don't know, we have an ongoing series of Team Support discussions, called weekly Team Meetings. All backlogged work is mentioned and tracked, and there are continuing ongoing discussions about what needs to be done and/or practical discussions about how to improve things. There are four sets of eyes and four memories scrutinizing "how things are going." If your work is overdue, do a Support Ticket. Don't assume that everything has been tracked and is known.
Accountability has never been higher. The goal is to have a daily check-in by Troy to these discussions -- what he's planning on doing and then what he's done. We've also instituted a monthly spreadsheet system for both scheduled work and completed work. It's still a work in progress in terms of getting it updated as often as the Team would like, but it's another method of tracking work that's actually been done. We've moved well past the era of keeping track of orders on the backs of envelopes, post-it notes, and half-assed lists.
I have high hopes for 2012. If Troy keeps healthy and suffers fewer setbacks due to personal life issues, such as the deaths of friends, whether they be human or animal, I think we're on track to hit more deadlines and to shorten the delays. My personal goal by mid-year is to have all work completed within 30 days of original scheduled date. I think it'll still take a multi-step process as we still have a fair amount of work that remains uncompleted that is far older than that. But, I'm optimistic that it's possible. We have some good people who are dedicated to keeping Troy's work coming.

Participating in this Team experience, has been a very growing experience for me. Yeah, I "might" be the "lover not a figher" kind of Warrior but boy oh boy the negative pole of coercion comes out flying on occasion with a "Jesus H. Christ, just what the fuck did you DO today?" LOL Of course, Troy shows patience, as he always does, and helps me to see that while that is a valid way of reacting, going the route of Persuasion might be a better approach. Just what can I do to get him to see that getting on with business is in his best interest.
I realize that sometimes (all times?) people will wonder "why didn't he get to my report today? I've wondered that enough for both of us, believe me. But, most of the time, there are extenuating circumstances that you may not be aware of and don't necessary need to be aware of. Back to what Geraldine mentioned, the support ticket system, as it exists now, is our best way of keeping in touch with what you're missing. Even though, once you fill out one of those, and probably even before you do, any outstanding reports go onto a list of things that we are aware of as uncompleted. Ideally, what we're trying to work toward is that if any report has been missed immediately gets rescheduled for another day. That way you are notified of that fact and can see on the calendar when it is to be attempted again.
One thing with the support tickets that I have tried to implement is that they all get an initial response whether or not there is any resolution so that you know that they have been read. I think that has worked well to let people know that they haven't been forgotten about or slipped through the cracks.
As Geraldine mentioned, Oscar will begin soon working on adding even more to the Library so that it becomes and even greater resource of channeled information than it already is. It truly is a one of a kind, as far as I know, collection of material that is publicly available. This is one of the reasons why it is important to post anything you've gotten channeled if you don't mind it being in the public domain. It will eventually find it's way into the Library and it makes those keywords all the more valuable.
This is and will be an ever evolving experience. I look forward to seeing just what progress can be made in 2012 :-)
